Success Wisdom
This exec coaching is aimed at deepening your understanding of a problem or situation to achieve whatever ‘success’ means to you. The idea, like much coaching, is to challenge all underpinning assumptions and grow the quality of thinking.
This approach has the added benefit of a wisdom expert who is able to ‘mentor’ with their knowledge of what types of activity specifically increase wisdom over time, e.g.
Mental exercises in perspective-taking and reflective practice
Building confidence in taking risks and learning from them
Decision-making tools
Proprietary psychometrics to measure ego development
Life enquiry/affirmation exercises
Stress reduction exercises in decision-making
A bespoke programme will be built for each individual but typical costs are £4,500 for a programme of 6 x 1.5-hour sessions.
